We are deeply honored and grateful to Mr. Glenn Ouano Bercede, Deputy Mayor of Mandaue City, Cebu Province, for taking time from his demanding schedule to join and participate in the Seagull Alliance’s recent charitable event.

The Deputy Mayor’s presence as we worked to support communities affected by the recent disaster provided our volunteers with tremendous encouragement. His active involvement amplified the spirit of bayanihan, helping to draw greater attention and warmth from society to those in need.
